2. Products & Orders

All Stain Studios products are handmade and made to order. By placing an order you agree to:

Provide accurate shipping and payment information
Pay the full amount listed at checkout including applicable taxes and shipping fees
Understand that handmade items may have slight variations — this is part of what makes them unique
Allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days from the date of order. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Stain Studios is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at stainstudios.jms.co@gmail.com with your order details. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
